Dispatch

We currently offer two shipping options:

  1. Stamps: This option costs €4.95 and includes standard shipping without track and trace code. Please note that this method does not provide tracking information. This shipping method is free from a purchase amount of 75 euros.

  2. Track & Trace: We offer shipping with a track & trace code for €7.50. This allows you to track your order during the shipping process and ensures safe delivery. Please note: we currently offer this option at a higher price, but we aim to switch to offering track & trace at the same rate as stamps in the near future. This shipping method is free for a purchase amount of at least 100 euros.

After completing your order, we aim to deliver your package to you within 1-3 working days.

Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you choose to return a product, the return costs are also at your expense.

Returns Policy/Return Information

  • Returns period: If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns Policy: Products can only be returned if they are in the same condition as sent, including the original packaging. If there is already damage to the product upon receipt, please contact me so that we can look at this together. Possible return costs will then not be charged to you.

  • Returns Procedure: Please contact us before returning a product. We can discuss possible shipping options with you, but the choice remains your responsibility. Please note that any problems or loss during the returns process are your responsibility.

  • Return shipping costs: The costs for returning products are your responsibility, unless the product is damaged upon receipt or the wrong product has been delivered. In that case we will cover the return costs.

  • Exceptions: For hygienic reasons, earrings and piercings cannot be returned. Discounted items cannot be returned, just like items purchased during shopping events or unique temporary promotions. If you would like more information about this, you can always contact us.

  • Refund Policy: In case of damage to a product, we prefer to resend the same product. If this is not possible, for example due to stock shortages, we will offer a return slip or propose an alternative product. If the product is returned because it does not meet your expectations, the relevant amount will be refunded as soon as I receive the product.

Warranty and Refund

  • Warranty period: We offer a 14 day warranty period on our products.

  • Warranty conditions: The warranty applies in the event of damage occurring within the 14 day warranty period, which is due to a defect in the product itself or an error during its production. Damage caused by the customer when wearing the jewelry is not covered by this warranty period.

  • Warranty claims procedure: If damage occurs to a product, please contact us as soon as possible. We prefer contact via Instagram or email so that we can answer your message as quickly as possible. Depending on the nature of the damage and your preference, different options can be considered. If the product in question is still in stock or can be remade, this is preferred. If this is not possible, we can send a replacement product or issue a credit note. In exceptional cases, the amount of the product can be refunded.

  • Exceptions: Due to the quality that MP Jewelery offers, we do not expect any wear to occur within the 14 day warranty period. If this is the case, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help you. Please note: damage caused by incorrect use of a product is not covered by the warranty conditions, but we would like to see whether any repairs are possible.
