How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply follow these steps:
    1. Choose your desired product(s) and select the correct size or model if necessary.
    2. Click on the 'Add to cart' button. The product is now added to your shopping cart.
    3. When you are ready to complete your order, click 'Complete Order'.
    4. On the checkout page, follow all the steps until you have made the payment.
    5. Once payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you cannot find the email, please also check your spam box.

      Can I exchange or return my order?

      Yes of course! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return the items within 14 working days. Here are the key points:
      • Please contact me first before returning a product.
      • The costs of return shipping are at your own expense.
      • For detailed information about the returns policy and any conditions, please refer to our ' returns and exchanges ' page.
      • Please note: For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or returned.

      Discounted items cannot be returned, just like items purchased during shopping events or unique temporary promotions. If you would like more information about this, you can always contact us.

        Can I pick up my order?

        Orders can only be picked up in Herent (3020), at Notelarenweg 119 bus 2. In addition, a shopping day is organized in Bocholt several times a year. Orders can be picked up during this shopping day, provided they have been placed a maximum of two weeks in advance. Pick-ups are scheduled outside the working hours of my other job. I will contact you once the order is ready to arrange a suitable collection time.

        How can I order and use a gift voucher?

        We offer two types of gift vouchers in the webshop. The first option is a physical gift card , which is sent with a unique one-time code that represents the total amount and must be used in full upon purchase. You can also use this voucher during shopping days.

        The second option is a digital gift voucher , where the system automatically generates a code and sends it to the specified email address. With this choice, the amount can be spread over multiple purchases but cannot be used during shopping days.
        If you purchase a digital gift voucher, I would be happy to send you a physical gift voucher. If you wish, please contact me. Please note that there will be an additional charge for sending a physical gift card by post.
        When completing your order, you can provide additional information in the comments field to personalize the gift voucher, such as the sender and recipient.

        How can I use my gift voucher?

        Both physical and digital gift vouchers come with a unique code that can be entered during checkout in the webshop. Please note: only physical gift vouchers can be used during shopping days; digital codes generated by the system cannot be used at events.

        What happens if an item is sold out?

        Not all sold out items are restocked due to the regular changes in the collection. If an item becomes available again, this will be communicated via Instagram Stories. If you would like to know if an item will become available again, please contact me for more information. It is of course possible that a product will be restocked due to high demand.

        How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

        It usually takes 1-5 business days for your order to be ready. I try to complete orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes this can take longer due to my other job. You will receive your package within 1-3 business days after it has been shipped. Please note: this does not include any postal strikes or delays due to external factors. In such cases I will communicate this via Instagram.

        How can I track my order?

        We currently offer shipping via stamps without a track & trace code as well as shipping with a shipping label and track & trace, where you will receive a tracking code. It is only with the second option that you can track your order and have a guarantee in case of loss.

        What should I do if an item is damaged or incorrectly delivered?

        If you receive an item that is damaged or does not match what you ordered, please message me immediately with a clear description of the problem. We will look together at how we can solve this as best as possible.

        Depending on the nature of the problem, you can expect a replacement item, credit or a refund.
        If damage occurs to the product more than two weeks after receipt of the product, I am no longer liable for this. If you wish to have a repair carried out because damage has occurred, you can always inquire.
